We accept children from 1 year to afterschool age.

Janet, has been with Dún Beag since we opened in 2001, she is professional, friendly and accommodating at all times.
Silvia has been with us since 2005, she works in the Nursery and is warm and approachable.
Dún Beag Crèche promotes healthy eating by providing a well-balanced and nutritious diet for all children attending the crèche. Our Healthy Eating Policy is underpinned by the Food and Nutrition Guidelines for Pre-School Services by the Dept. of Health and Children. The NCS and/or ECCE subsidy that you receive will be deducted from the monthly fee, for further information on our fee policy see the parent’s handbook below.
You may be eligible for a subsidy through the National Childcare Scheme (NCS). For more information on this and to apply, please click here or contact the NCS parent portal 01 9068530.
The ECCE Scheme runs from September to June each year. The programme is open to all children who are 2 years and 8 months before 1st September. For more information on the ECCE Scheme, please click here.
Once your childcare place has been confirmed please complete the enrolment form and direct debit mandate and email them to dunbeag@galwaychildcare.ie.

Our son Jack has a great life in Dun Beag! He has been there for many years and thoroughly enjoys going to his crèche. We are so happy with the care and attention he gets from Janet and all the girls in Dun Beag. We would highly recommend it to any parents.
