It is our policy not to discuss matters concerning any child or parent outside the crèche without permission. In the event of a child protection concern, the manager will talk to the relevant authorities with the parents' knowledge. Confidential information is shared only with staff members who require the information to do their job effectively. Staff and parents have the right to view their file. All staff and volunteers are informed of this policy in their induction.

Admission Policy

In order to ensure the fair allocation of places, we offer places on a first come first served basis. All children are welcome regardless of race, religion, gender or ability. When all places are filled a waiting list is established and the next available place is offered to the child at the top of the list. An Enrolment form must be filled in and one week’s fees paid to secure a place.
