It is our policy not to discuss matters concerning any child or parent outside the crèche without permission. In the event of a suspicion of abuse the manager will talk to the relevant authorities with the parents knowledge. Confidential information is shared only with staff members who require the information to do their job effectively. Staff and parents have rights to view their file. All staff and volunteers are informed of this policy in their induction.

Admission Policy

In order to ensure allocation of places, we offer first come first served basis. All children are welcome regardless of race, religion, gender or ability. When all places are taken up a waiting list is established and the next available place is offered to the child at the top of the list. A completed form must be filled in and one week’s fees paid to secure a place.
